• General Liability Insurance certificate with Don Dormeyer, RED GUM Creative Campus
  as co-insured. (1 million for stills / 2 million for film or events).

• Production is responsible for all participants.
• Participants are to respect the privacy, participants and space of any other production and neighbors.
  
• RED GUM is a smoke free facility. We provide smoking areas and ash trays upon request.
• No minors or animals allowed. Call for exceptions.
  
• Vehicles are to keep engines off within the building. Call for exceptions.
• Onsite parking is reserved for each stage. Productions that require additional parking must make arrangements with Red Gum Staff. Additional rental maybe required.
