On the West end of the studio is the multi-purpose “BACK LOT WEST.” Popular for exterior sets and set building it’s old wood tool shed and dirt surface can be transformed to the location you need. Direct access from Stage A and Red Gum Street, via the West gate makes it useful for parking craft services, or additional grip trucks. The lot is surrounded by walls and/or buildings which provide additional privacy and security. Adjoining the pool area, it provides plenty of space for long lens when photographing the Beach set. An event tent and avocado trees provide shade over the picnic tables where crew members can relax or have lunch near the pool.
